If your account uses a Gmail or Google Workspace address, choose Continue with Google on the sign-in page. It signs you in to the same account without the password, and you can set a new one in account settings.

Otherwise, submit a request from the email address on the account. We verify ownership by email and help you regain access.

We will never ask for your password, in email or anywhere else.
