Tap the star on any coin to add it to your watchlist.

Without an account the list is stored in your browser. It stays on that device and is lost if you clear site data.
When you sign in the list moves to your account and syncs to every browser and the Android app.

Tip: if your watchlist disappeared, check that you are signed in to the same account you used before.
