Nexo Card
by Nexo · Mastercard · Credit card · Issuer terms last read Sep 28, 2026
The only card here that lets you spend a credit line against your crypto instead of selling it, which in most European tax regimes is the difference between a disposal and a loan. Credit Mode is the reason to hold it; the cashback is not. The headline 2% needs Platinum loyalty, and the programme itself only starts above a $5,000 balance, so as a rewards card it sits mid-table.
What works
- Credit Mode borrows against collateral instead of selling crypto
- No monthly, annual or inactivity card fee
- Free ATM withdrawals up to €2,000 / £1,800 a month
- Choice of cashback in NEXO or in BTC
What does not
- Cashback requires a loyalty balance above $5,000
- The 2% rate needs the Platinum tier; the base tier pays 0.5% in NEXO
- A physical card requires over $5,000 in digital assets and at least Gold
- Europe and the UK only
Who it suits
European holders who want to spend against collateral rather than sell, and who already keep a balance with Nexo.
