Price impact

The worsening of a trade's average price caused by the trade itself moving the pool or book.

Price impact is determined by trade size against available liquidity and is known before signing. In a constant-product pool, a trade of 1% of a reserve costs about 2% in impact and 10% costs over 20%. It is distinct from slippage, which comes from other trades landing first.
