Token approval
Permission granted to a contract to move a specified amount of a token from your wallet without further prompts.
Approvals are required to swap on a DEX and persist until revoked. "Unlimited" approvals to a contract that is later exploited, or was malicious from the start, are the leading cause of drained wallets. Approve exact amounts to verified contracts, and revoke approvals you no longer use.
