Most data reports are resolved on the first reply when the message includes:
- The exact page URL, and the coin, exchange or pool it concerns.
- What you expected to see and what the site showed instead.
- A timestamp with the timezone, plus a screenshot if the figure has since changed.
- For account issues, the email address on the account — never your password or an API key in full.
We never ask for a password, a seed phrase or a wallet signature, and we do not give investment advice or manage funds. Treat any message claiming otherwise in our name as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected].

Coinmico publishes market data for research. Nothing we send by email is investment advice, an offer or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Use of the site is governed by our Terms of service and Privacy policy.
