How long does a review take?

Most requests are reviewed within 1 to 24 hours. A request we have to ask questions about can take a few days.

After approval

The coin page goes live at once. Prices, volume and charts appear as soon as our index picks up trades on the markets and pools you submitted, usually within minutes. Charts start from the moment we begin collecting, so older history is not back-filled.

Checking on a request

You receive an email with the decision. If several days have passed without one, submit a request with the coin name and contract address, and check your spam folder for mail from [email protected].
