Market order
An order to buy or sell immediately at the best available prices in the order book.
A market order always fills but at an unknown average price: it walks through the book until the size is done. On a deep book the cost is negligible; on a thin one the same order climbs several levels. Slippage is the difference between the expected price and the achieved one.
