Update the app or fix a problem

The app checks for a new version when it starts and shows a prompt when an update is available. Very old versions may be asked to update before they can load data.

If something still does not work, submit a request with:

• the app version (in the app's settings),
• your phone model and Android version,
• what you did, what you expected and what happened, with a screenshot.
