Exchange listings

Where the token trades today. Without a contract on a chain we index or a pair on an exchange we track, there is no price to publish.

Write the pair exactly as the exchange writes it, e.g. EXPUSDT. Only venues we already index are listed — if the token trades somewhere else, say so in the notes and we review that venue separately.
